Communicate to impact
Impact through Storytelling
Wired for story: how stories are embedded in who we are
Humans are made for stories, and process them all the time: when they are children, when they are adults, when they are awake and when they sleep. The world is made of stories, and nothing really is what it is until it is told in the form of a story.
Shaping our own story: the stories you tell yourself
We make stories from things that happen in the world around us, but the world is also made by the stories that we tell ourselves. Each person has an internal narrative of who they think they are and of what the world is, giving unity and meaning to their years. How is your internal narrative defining your life?
How to tell your story
“Storytelling is the most powerful way to put ideas into the world” - Learn to tell your story in a way that inspires others and makes a difference.

Talking about God Today
Understanding Today’s Communication Climate: How to Talk About God in a Skeptical Age?
What place does the idea of God have in the western mindset today? How should I talk about my faith in Jesus and the bible with people around me in a relevant way? These are the two questions that will be tackled in this teaching. We are settling into a time where freedom of thought and speech are becoming the enemies of political correctness and where Christian views can be seen as exclusive and intolerant. How can we be effective communicators in this increasingly polarizing climate?
Barriers and Tools to Spiritual Language in a Danish Context:
Let’s take a look more specifically at the Danish context around spirituality. What language is understood and used today to talk about spiritual experiences among young people? How can we discuss the important events in life such as life meaning, death, faith, holiness and accompany Danish teenagers through their existential questions?
Agree to Disagree
How to Have Difficult Conversations
Everyone, whether a leader of a firm, an employee in the break room, a parent at home or a teenager in school, everyone faces conflicts that develop into heated conversations. In this teaching, we will focus on the roles that respect, empathy and connection take in a debate and consider what “winning people over arguments” looks like through lived examples. You will also receive conversational techniques that will equip you on your journey toward healthy conflict resolution.
